The Harvest Dinner 2024: Local Producers, Sponsors, and YOU!

As summer winds down, school begins, and routines shift toward new opportunities, our agricultural community begins harvest season. Bringing our community together at one table under the oak-woodland canopy to celebrate harvest is one of our favorite activities!

For 2023, our setting was Llano Seco. As the Sandhill Cranes returned to the wildlife area’s wetlands, guests were greeted by local bluegrass, and welcomed with a soup-and-bread scape and LaRocca Vineyards wine-tasting to reconnect. It was cozy. Did you join us?

The Harvest Dinner 2024 is going to be really special. As you arrive to Eagle Creek Ranch, you will leave the asphalt and city lights behind to be welcomed by a oak-dotted canyon. Our hosts have invested in several road improvements, and installed fancy toilets near the barn!

At the barn, you will be greeted by live music, and a hosted cocktail hour, courtesy of our local spirits sponsor, Almendra Winery and Distillery from Durham, with beer from our local brewery sponsor, Secret Trail Brewing. Yes, we will have wine and mocktails too!

Locally-sourced appetizers will increase your anticipation for our delicious, sit-down dinner. You can enjoy conversation with friends, play the games for NCRLT’s benefit, peruse the live auction items, take a short walk, or hop onto a guided tour deeper into the property.

At sunset, we will gather once again at one long table, set under the oak woodland canopy. Seating is limited, you do not want to miss this year’s Harvest Dinner!

Current table sponsors include Ann Schwab, Jim Faulbaum Construction & Companion Financial, North State Planning and Development Collective, Morrison, and Frieda’s Friends. As of 8/20, there are three sponsor tables remaining – secure your tickets today!

Our farm-to-fork dinner and local wine is sure to please your palate and fuel your conversation among friends – old and new! Our live-auction will entertain, while giving the opportunity to support Northern California Regional Land Trusts upcoming acquisitions!

Finish your special evening by relaxing in our “afterglow café” (Featured Sponsor Opportunity still available!) with tea or coffee, or get your boots in gear and join in the barn dance, accompanied by local favorites – to be announced on August 28th – stay tuned!

If you are attending from out of the area, make a weekend out of it! Enjoy Butte County’s many activities, including Chico’s Saturday Farmer’s Market, a walk in Bidwell Park or Sacramento River State Park, or Llano Seco unit of Sacramento Wildlife Area! Downtown Chico’s Hotel Diamond, is our official sponsor; mention the Land Trust for a special rate.

We can’t wait to gather with you in our beautiful oak-woodland grove, and provide you the opportunity to explore Eagle Creek Ranch, not open to the public! Get your ticket’s today.

Sponsorships available now, starting at $100. Sponsor tables for eight available for $1,500. Visit our event page for details and tickets!
